Privacy

What changed: rewrote the policy to name our location (Quebec, Canada), list every service that touches your data, explain the theme-preference setting saved in your browser, and spell out your rights under Canadian, Quebec, and US privacy law.
The short version: we collect what you give us in the contact form, we use it to talk to you, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted anytime. Details below.
Suo Studio is an AI automation agency based in Quebec, Canada, working with clients in Canada and the United States. For anything related to your personal information, the person responsible is reachable at suostudioo@gmail.com. This policy is written to follow Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA).
The only place this site collects personal information is the contact form. If you fill it out, we receive exactly what you type or select: your first name, your business name, your business type, your email address and/or phone number (you choose which — only one is required), and the tasks you tell us are eating your time, including anything you add in the optional "something else" field.
Just browsing the site collects nothing that identifies you — no account, no sign-up, no tracking profile.
Separately from this website, as part of finding businesses we might be able to help, we sometimes collect publicly available business information — a business name, public phone number, or public email — from public sources such as Google Maps listings. This is information businesses have already published themselves.
We use your form answers for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and prepare for the call you asked for. By submitting the form, you consent to us contacting you at the email or phone number you provided about that inquiry. We use publicly available business information to reach out to businesses we think we can help. That's the whole list — no other uses, and we'll ask before using your information for anything new.
Three services touch your form submission, and it's worth knowing what each one does:
Because these providers operate in the United States, your form information is stored and processed outside Quebec and outside Canada. US law applies to data held on US servers. We share your information with no one else.
This site sets no cookies. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate page-view counts — it is cookie-free and doesn't collect anything that identifies you personally.
One thing is saved in your browser: if you use the light/dark theme toggle, your preference is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next visit. That setting never leaves your device — we can't see it. Fonts are served from our own site, so your browser doesn't contact any font provider.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can also have it deleted at any time just by asking (see below).
You can ask us at any time what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email suostudioo@gmail.comand we'll handle it — no forms, no hoops. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
The same rights apply to you, plainly: you can ask what we have about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to delete it — email suostudioo@gmail.com. We never sell personal data, we never share it for advertising, and exercising any of these rights costs nothing and changes nothing about how we treat you.
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we have on file for you, email suostudioo@gmail.com— a real person reads it. If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of this page.
